While we are very diligent about keeping our prices up-to-date, there are occasions where a manufacturer (notably AM General) may change their pricing with little or no notice. As such, pricing is subject to change at any time. Should there be a pricing change on an item you have ordered, we will consult you regarding the change before your order is processed. Please note that there is a minimum order of $10.00
We make every effort to insure your order ships promptly, within 1 to 2 business days in most cases. Parts are shipped from various locations, so this lead time may vary depending on the item. Special order or made-to order items may take longer. We will advise you if there will be significant delays. We can ship via UPS, Fedex, DHL (preferred), US Postal Service, and by truck. We choose the most economical method of these that will get your order to you safely, unless you specify a specific method. Certain items may only be shipped via truck.
We do ship internationally. Please note that we do not handle or collect import duties or other taxes that your country may impose. You will be responsible for those.
Returns will be accepted up to 30 days. In the event you need to return a part, please contact us for instructions. There is a 30% restocking fee on all returned parts, other than those that were incorrect due to our error. No returns will be accepted that have been installed or modified in any way. Electrical, special order or made-to-order parts are generally not returnable.
Cores (your old part) are an integral part of the remanufacturing process. We add a core charge (deposit) to remanufactured parts to help insure the return of good, rebuildable parts for the next customer who needs one. Many of the core charges are purposely set to a high amount to encourage their return. We would much rather have your core back than keep your deposit.
Core charges are credited back to you (either on your credit card or by check, depending on your original method of payment), subject to the following:
Cores must be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date, in the original packaging when possible and at the customer's expense, to be considered for a full refund. Cores returned after 30 days, but less than 60 days, will receive in-house credit only. Cores returned after 60 days will not be accepted. Cores not returned in a timely manner many times can cause another customer to have to wait while we replenish our core stocks from other sources. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
Cores returned must be identical to the parts ordered. We are pretty good, but we generally can't take one part and turn it into another. In certain cases, we may, at our discretion, accept a non-identical core if it is one that is in great demand or hard to obtain. Credit given in these cases will vary, depending on the specifics.
Cores returned must be in rebuildable condition. Cores that are rusted, damaged, broken, disassembled, extremely worn, or incomplete may be subjected to reduced credit or rejected entirely. Call if you are unsure about your core.
Instructions for core returns: Using the same packaging when possible, box up your old part. Please make sure that any fluids are drained and that all parts are included. For example, if you are sending a differential core back, make sure that the yoke, flanges etc are returned with your core if the unit we sent you came with them.
IMPORTANT: Please include a photocopy of your original invoice or the core return RMA form with your core so that we may credit you properly. We receive many cores and you might be surprised how many are returned with no way to indentify who sent them.

**Drain any fluids as completely as possible before packing your core. Shippers will return or even lose your core if there are fluid leaks in the box!**
Please allow 7-10 business days for us to get your core processed and refunds issued.
SAX Express warrants its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. We will provide free repair or replacement or refund of original purchase price, at our discretion, for one (1) year from the original date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- The product is properly installed, used and maintained;, and is correct for the application;
- Determination as to the existence and nature of any defects in materials and workmanship shall be made by SAX Express and all such determinations shall be final;
- If the unit has been disassembled or modified in any way by any other party than SAX Express, the warranty shall be considered null and void;
Purchaser must return product to SAX Express, post paid, with original proof of purchase, for warranty consideration. SAX Express will reimburse shipping costs and return product to purchaser upon valid warranty claim.
Not covered under warranty:
- repair or replacement following collision, racing, off road, or industrial use, or any comprehensive insurance claim;
- excessive damage to components due to lack of maintenance or negligence of an otherwise minor defect in the product (such as ignoring a torn boot or leaky seal);
- damage to our product caused by the failure of or other defects in related vehicle components;
- Other abuse.
Other products sold by us, but manufactured by others, are subject to that manufacturer's warranty, if any. We will facilitate warranty claims with other manufacturers' products, however issues regarding warrantable status or other liablity concerns ultimately rest with the manufacturer.
SAX Express is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, or any labor or materials that may be necessary to remove a defective unit or install a replacement unit. Our liability is limited to the value of the unit sold or furnished. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary from state to state.
